Storytelling Circle

Our Storytelling Ambassadors would like to invite you to our monthly night of sharing captivating tales and inspiring narratives at our Storytelling Circle. Whether you're a seasoned storyteller, just starting out or simply love listening to stories, this group is perfect for you. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with fellow storytelling enthusiasts and be part of a magical circle of friends. With a variety of themes, the Storytelling Circle usually meet at 7.30pm on each third Friday of the month at the Salvation Army Fordingbridge, Roundhill, SP6 1AQ. We also host two walks and a Storytelling Supper during the year - so whatever your interests or experience we will have a story for you! 

Let us Fire up your imagination with tales of wonder and awe... come along for the joy of listening to a story, or bring a tale to tell (all experience welcome). See you there!

Storytelling Ambassadors

The Storytelling Ambassadors Programme supports, grows and develops volunteers interested in the traditional art of oral storytelling. As part of this you will meet regularly with other Storytelling Ambassadors to share stories, experiences and other relevant issues. 

Storytelling Ambassadors will be enabled to go out into the local community (including schools, interest groups, care homes and events) to regularly share memories, give voice to imagination, and foster connections between different cultures and generations through telling stories. 

Part of our aim is to also provide a platform for ongoing learning. This is done through the monthly Storytelling Circle. Led by the Storytelling Ambassador Volunteers it is open to all, whether that is to come and listen or tell a tale, our goal is to identify, inspire and encourage others in the traditional art of oral storytelling.
